The item must be exactly the same with the identical technical specification and manufacturers product code and have all the manufacturers seals intact. The item must be for sale from a registered UK based Online Electrical Wholesaler . It must be in stock and available for immediate dispatch from within the UK. Products from Ebay, used or are to be dispatched from outside the UK are excluded. Delivery charges are excluded. TOB International is to be advised of the availability of the lower priced item, its product codes, manufacturer and wholesaler details prior to purchasing from TOB International. Normal NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY IS FREE on Orders of £100.00 ex VAT or more. Orders LESS than £100.00 ex VAT are subject to a contribution towards delivery of £8.00 plus VAT. Weekday Timed deliveries by 09.30 and Saturday AM deliveries before 12 noon are charged at £15 plus VAT. Additional delivery charges may apply if any one individual item weighs in excess of 25KG. Bulky / Heavy Items and any fragile goods requiring special handling may be subject to additional carriage, charged at cost. We will ensure you are notified of the cost before we proceed with your order.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE.
Our Sales Office is open between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday - Friday. We aim to deliver your order fast - NORMAL delivery is usually next working day for all orders received on our system prior to 16:00. Orders received after this cut off time and on Saturdays and Sundays are dispatched the following working day. Remote / Offshore area's - please allow 3 - 5 days for delivery.
BACK ORDERS
We pride ourselves on carrying huge stocks, however on the rare occasion that your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will notify you before we proceed giving you an approximate time scale for the balance of your order. We reserve the right to hold your order until fully complete prior to dispatch, You will be given the option to amend or cancel your order, and in some instances be offered an alternative if you would rather not wait.

1. RETURNS POLICY - FAULTY PRODUCTS
a) Products that are received in a faulty condition must be reported to TOB INTERNATIONAL and returned within 28 days of date of dispatch.
b) The complete product must be returned unless, if agreed by the Company, a specific part may be returned.
c) Products within the manufacturers specific warranty period will be repaired, replaced, or a refund given at the discretion of the Company. TOB INTERNATIONAL does not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss.
2. RETURNS POLICY NON-FAULTY GOODS
a) Products must be complete and in their original packaging with any instruction leaflets.
b) Products must be returned within one month of the purchase date.
c) Refunds for any products not required are at the discretion of the Company. TOB INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to charge the customer a Handling Charge of 35% of the net invoice value of any goods not required plus the cost of delivery and return carriage costs.
d) Non-standard products that have been ordered specially cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
3. PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING FAULTY or NON FAULTY PRODUCTS TO TOB INTERNATIONAL
(or requesting a replacement)

a) The invoice number
b) The date of purchase
c) The product code(s)
d) The reason for returning the products
If TOB INTERNATIONAL agree to accept the non faulty item/s you will be advised of how to return the products and the procedure for replacement or refund.
4. SHORT OR NON-DELIVERY
If you experience a short or non delivery, please contact us direct WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS of receipt and have ready the following information:
a) The invoice number
b) The date of purchase
c) The product code(s)

REMITTANCE TERMS
We accept Visa, Master card, Solo and American Express. We also accept Bank Drafts and Personal Cheques, the later must be supported by a valid Cheque Guarantee Card. Cheques received by post from Customers where the value exceeds £200 must be cleared through the normal banking system before the goods are booked out.
